2/24 The Prescott Police Department has a new badge. The previous badge design was created in 1937 and is easily replicated, which posed a potential for officer impersonation. The new design highlights Prescott’s historic downtown with Thumb Butte rising in the background. The badges were paid for through a donation from the Prescott Police Foundation.
