3/28 Prescott Valley Police re-released a missing persons report from April of last year. 66-year-old Yvonne Mullican was reported missing by her family on April 4-th. At the time, she reportedly left with her 2-dogs in a 2012 Silver Kia Sorrento with a bumper sticker reading “God be with you.”
