3/12 A Winter Storm Warning remains in place from noon Thursday to 5-am Friday for elevations above 6,000-feet. The National Weather Service says heavy snow is expected above 6,000-feet with accumulations between 1-and-11-inches. Winds gusting as high as 50- mph should also be expected with this next storm. High pressure will build across the region Sunday and Monday with another slight chance for unsettled weather by Tuesday of next week. Motorists should be prepared for winter driving conditions today as the first storm moves out and Thursday night and Friday when the next storm arrives.
