Alpine Village Fire Forces Evacuations

4/2 The “GO” evacuation order was given to Alpine Village East yesterday due to a wildfire.The blaze was on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests. The evacuation was then lifted last night as fire fighters gained control of the Alpine Village Fire, stopping it at 26-acres. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
