8 Candidates to be Interviewed for Vacancy on AZ Court of Appeals

3/4 The Commission on Appellate Court Appointments is taking public comment on 8-candidates for 2-vacancies in Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals. The Commission will meet to interview the candidates on March 20-th. All comments need to be in by March 17-th. The Commission will then recommend 3-candidates to Governor Katie Hobbs.

 

The candidates are:

 

  • Andrew J. Becke
  • Kimberly A. Cromwell
  • Veronika Fabian
  • Eliza B. Johnson
  • Michael D. Latham
  • Michael P. McGill
  • John D. Napper
  • Danalyn E. Savage

 

Candidate applications can be viewed online at the Commission’s website, azcourts.gov/jnc.

 

Members of the public may address the Commission on Mar. 20. Written comments may also be submitted via email to [email protected] or mailed to 1501 W. Washington, Suite 221, Phoenix, AZ 85007. It is not necessary to submit multiple copies of written comments – email is preferred. Comments must be received no later than Mar. 17 to be considered. Anonymous comments cannot be considered.
