3/3 The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest did go into Stage-1 Fire Restrictions. The forest service hesitated on the restrictions, despite the fact the unincorporated areas in and around the forest adopting them Friday morning. By 3-pm Friday afternoon, the forest service also went into restrictions.
