Flagstaff will hold an open house for the John Wesley Powell Area Specific Plan, next Wednesday, from 5:30-to-7:30-pm at the Aquaplex on North 4-th Street. The public will be able to learn more about the plan and give feedback to the city. The specific plan applies to the areas made accessible by the planned John Wesley Powell Boulevard extension.
