9/3 Yavapai County Emergency Manager Ashley Ahlquist was presented with the Service Award by the Arizona Association of Emergency Managers. The award recognizes her work to improve and better prepare Yavapai County for an emergency. She joined the Yavapai County Office of Emergency Management in 2021 and was appointed Emergency Manager in 2022.
