9/3 Yavapai County will be performing survey work on Mingus Avenue, between Rocking Chair Ranch Road and 18-th Street in Cottonwood. The work will take place next Wednesday, from 9-to-3. Mingus Avenue will be reduced to 1-lane of traffic with a flagger directing vehicles through the area. Short delays should be expected.
