6/04 Clarkdale is notifying residents that their proposing a primary property tax hike over last year. The town is proposing an increase in total primary property taxes collected of $60,903 or 8.37%. The primary property taxes on a $100,000 home would increase from $129.02 to $139.81. A Truth in Taxation hearing will be held on June 23-rd, at 3-pm, at the Clark Memorial Clubhouse.
