1/9 AAA Arizona says Arizona gas prices dropped 4-cents since last week to $2.99-per gallon of regular gasoline; 7-cents lower than time last year. The National average price for a gallon of regular gas is at $2.81. Flagstaff has the highest price in the state at $3.17 while Tucson has the lowest price at $2.83 per gallon.
