12/8 Friday night, just before midnight, Copper Canyon Fire and Medical responded to a residential fire in Camp Verde. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the eves of the home. Firefighters trying to douse the fire from the interior were pulled out when they realized the roof had become compromised and could collapse. Crews then worked the fire from outside until it was out. Officials did not release where the fire was or what caused it.
