68-year-old John Hobbs from Payson and 25-year-old August Chadborn from Prescott were arrested in separate incidents for soliciting sex acts for money from 16-year-old females. Hobbs and Chadborn both offered to pay the girls for sex acts, but PANT Human Trafficking detectives were able to intercept the men at their respective designated meeting places. Lawful searches found evidence of the alleged solicitation and
child sex trafficking and both men were arrested and booked into jail.
