Elm Street will be closed between 12th Street and 16th Street to local traffic only from 7:00 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2024 through 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2024. A hard road closure will be in place at 1337 E. Elm Street. This closure is necessary so City crews can install new drainage improvements including a new catch basin and storm drain culvert. Drivers should plan on using an alternate throughout the duration of the road closure. Please exercise caution and obey all traffic control devices while traveling through work zones.
