On 04/03/2024 at approximately 1600 hours, 49-year-old Junie Marie Rezzonico and 42-year-old Donald Earl Rezzonico were arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center on charges of felony theft, felony theft by misrepresentation, felony fraud schemes, felony fraudulent use of a credit card and felony forgery.
On 03/20/24 at approximately 09:09 hours, the
victim in this case reported suspicious charges to his business accounts to which JunieRezzonico had access. Junie Rezzonico was a company employee at the time and the investigation shows that both subjects knowingly used company funds for personal gains. The current estimated loss to the victim in this case is approximately $314,000.00 with the dollar value continuing to grow.
This investigation is fluid and anyone with information on this case is urged to contact the Camp Verde Marshal’s Office Criminal Investigations Unit.

If all charges were dropped why is there no retraction in the paper?
There never is go figure. No one wants to admit when they do wrong or an employer was wrong in what they “thought” was going on.. someone would have to own responsibility before a retraction would ever happen. Anytime this type of thing happens there is never is anything except the people being drug through the mud and no apology.
Because charges have not been dropped and it’s not up to the business owner anymore. The state of AZ is pressing charges now. All they are doing right now gathering more evidence and will be prosecuting in due time.
