The Legado Apartment Fire Incident is currently being investigated by a joint taskforce comprised of Prescott Valley Police Department, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority Fire Marshal and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE).

BMO Bank located at 7221 Florentine Rd. in Prescott Valley has been re-opened. The drive through is closed. The access to BMO Bank is from Center Court through the Harkins Movie Theatre / Buffalo Wild Wings Parking Lot.
