It’s Day 17 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement
is asking for your help in locating fugitive John Ryan Panettiere.
Beginning on May 10, 2013, and spanning a week’s time, Panettiere had sex with a 13-year-old female victim several times. Panettiere was aware the victim was a juvenile while this was occurring. He was convicted and sentenced to 5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections and is a Level 2 Sex Offender. He was placed on probation which he has violated. Panettiere now has a warrant for his arrest.
He is a 29-year-old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 210 pounds with red hair and blue eyes. He has multiple tattoos. His last known address was in the 7600 block of East Paseo Hermosa in Prescott Valley.
