The Town of Dewey Humboldt is currently accepting applications for volunteers to serve on the Planning and Zoning Advisory Commission. The terms of two of the current Commissioners have expired and the Town is looking to fill those positions. The Commissioners whose terms have expired can serve consecutive terms and can apply for re- appointment if they so desire. The Commissioners will remain on the Commission until the vacancy has been filled. The P&Z Commission is comprised of nine members, all of whom must be residents of the town. Each member will be appointed to a four-year term. The deadline to submit applications is Friday, May 5th at 5:00 p.m. Applicants will be considered for appointment by the Council at the May 16th Regular Town Council meeting.
