Officers from Camp Verde Marshal’s Office helped recover two stolen vehicles from unrelated cases Tuesday morning, both of which were involved in crimes at the same time in separate locations. One person is still at large. The first incident involved a suspicious truck that followed an employee into a local RV storage facility through a security gate. The suspects, a man and a woman, tried to hook the truck to a storage trailer, but the employee shut the electronic gate and they couldn’t leave. Two suspects, a male and female, were arrested. The truck was reported stolen out of Phoenix. In another incident about 4 miles away at the same time, officers were involved in a chase of a stolen vehicle from Sedona on Interstate 17. The car was eventually stopped. The male driver ran from the scene and the female passenger was arrested.
