The City of Prescott and their contractor, Asphalt Paving & Supply, are working on a water main replacement project that consists of removing and replacing the aged, and deteriorated water main in the Country Club Park Subdivision (commonly referred to as Rocky Dells) and a small section of Thumb Butte Road. Additional work includes the installation of new water services, fire hydrants and curb and driveway restorations as needed. A chip seal application will be applied to the affected streets following utility installation. Once complete, this project will increase water system reliability and upgrade the existing infrastructure for the local community. The project is scheduled to be finished this Summer.
