The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the inmate found hanging by a bed-sheet in his cell Monday night. The inmate has been identified as 49-year old Christopher Kelly of Page. Kelly was arrested by Page Police on February 10-th for failing to appear on warrants. He was transported to the jail in Flagstaff on Saturday and was being held on a $5,000-bond out of the Page Justice Court and a $500-bond out of the Flagstaff Justice Court. Kelly was in a cell by himself and had answered no to being suicidal during two separate interviews. The incident remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and Coconino County Medical Examiner.
