Copper Canyon Fire Marshal Ken Krebbs says crews responded to a house fire on East Gail Lane off Salt Mine Road near Camp Verde Monday afternoon. He says crews arrived on scene and found the home fully engulfed in flames. Krebbs says once the fire was out it was learned that grease inside of a smoker had caught fire and spread from the front porch to the rest of the house. The home was a total loss. No injuries were reported.
