YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 7100-block of North Williamson Valley Road in Prescott. In 1990, in Yavapai County, 68-year old Michael Brooks was convicted of attempted sexual abuse. The victim was a 9-year old female known to him. Brooks is considered a level 3 offender or high risk to the community.
