Helicopters/Boats and Dozens of Volunteers continue the search for 16 year old Faith Moore

The search continues for 16-year old Faith Moore of Cottonwood, who was swept away by flood waters Saturday night. YCSO spokesperson Kristin Greene says the command center has been moved to Mingus High School; a National Guard Apache Helicopter searched last night and is in the air again today; Gila County has boats on the Verde River and dozens of searchers continue to walk the shorelines of the Verde River. Greene says some of Moore’s personal belongings have been recovered. Moore called 911 when her vehicle became stranded in a flooded low water crossing. When Swift Water Rescue crews reached the vehicle, the door was open and Moore was gone.
