Wednesday night, Prescott Valley Police responded to a call of a man down at Quailwood Greens Golf Course in Dewey-Humboldt. Investigators revealed an argument between two men led to one of them driving their pickup truck into the other and stabbing him in the face with a knife. Witnesses identified the suspect as 51-year old Clint Hughes of Dewey-Humboldt. He fled the scene but turned himself in a short time later. The victim, a 47-year old Prescott Valley resident, was transported to a Phoenix area hospital where he was being treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Hughes was booked on felony charges.
