Arizona Statewide DUI Enforcement statistics for Cinco de May

The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety has released the Arizona Statewide DUI Enforcement statistics for the Cinco de Mayo holiday. Officials say officers conducted over 10,100 traffic stops. That total is 5,047 stops more than last year. Of those 444 were DUI related. Of those 83-were Aggravated, 361-Misdemeanor, 120-Extreme, 23-for Under-21 and 146 DUI Drugs. Officers issued 245-seat belt citations, with 43-child restraint violations.
