The Cottonwood Recreation Center Indoor Pool will be bringing back open swim beginning on Monday, March 22 with new guidelines and schedule in place.
- Open swim hours will be from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Monday – Friday) and 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Saturday – Sunday). Anyone may use the pool during these hours, with a maximum capacity of 25 swimmers in the water, in order to maintain social distancing.
- Lap Swim reservation hours will continue from 7 – 11 a.m. and 12 – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and with Saturday and Sunday options until 6 p.m. Lane reservations are 30 minutes in length and can be done online at www.cottonwoodaz.gov/685/Parks-Recreation up to 48 hours in advance or by calling the Cottonwood Recreation Center for same day reservations.
- The lap lane area of the indoor pool will be closed on Sunday, March 28 for Lifeguard Training.
- The indoor pool area will be closed on Saturday, April 3 for the Underwater Easter Egg Hunt & Carnival program.
- Water Aerobics class will continue to take place from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Monday – Friday.
Strict cleaning guidelines will continue to be followed in accordance with CDC and AZDHS Guidelines. Masks must be worn throughout the facility and on deck until entering the water.
