YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 1200-block of South Settlers Circle East in the Verde Villages. In 1989, in California, 60-year old Randell Paulson was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child 9-year old that was known to him. In 1992, in Maricopa County, Paulson was convicted of 2-counts of sexual abuse with the same victim. He is considered a level 2 offender of intermediate risk to the community.
