Wednesday afternoon, Prescott Valley Police and Central Arizona Fire responded to a report of a house fire in the 4100-block of Kachina Way. An officer quickly entered the house and extinguished the fire located in a bedroom. Investigators revealed the fire was started by a 3-year old playing with a lighter. The 3-year old, along with three other juvenile siblings, were unsupervised at the time. No injuries were reported.
