Triple-A says travel on Thanksgiving will be on the lighter side this year with an expected 10% drop in travel nationwide. Officials say it’s the most extensive one year decrease since the 2008 Great Recession. It’s estimated that up to 50-million Americans will travel for the holiday; a drop from 55-million in 2019. Triple-A also expects to rescue some 413-thousand drivers from vehicle breakdowns this thanksgiving holiday.
