Prescott Valley man sentenced to prison for fentanyl sales

Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Krista Carman sentenced 28-year old Jeffrey Wagner of Prescott Valley, to 10-years flat time in prison on charges related to fentanyl sales. PANT detectives began investigating possible drug activity by Wagner after receiving information that he was driving to Phoenix to purchase drugs and selling powder fentanyl, mimic M-30 pills laced with fentanyl and heroin from his home in Prescott Valley. PANT detectives obtained a search warrant, and discovered about 217 M-30 fentanyl pills, heroin, used syringes and more. Detectives also found items associated with drug sales, multiple surveillance cameras mounted both outside and inside the home, and a handgun rifle, and a 12-gauge shotgun, reported as stolen, and a large quantity of rounds were found as well.
