SBA approves loans for businesses impacted by COVID-19

Today the U.S. Small Business Administration or SBA approved an Economic Injury Disaster Loan declaration for Arizona that will help small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Individual businesses can be eligible for up to $2-million through the program. This was in response to a letter Governor Doug Ducey submitted to the federal government for the economic assistance, which is made available through the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, which was signed by President Trump on March 6-th. The loans can be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills that can’t be paid because of COVID-19’s impact. https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/disaster-assistance
