DPS caught two wrong-way drivers Saturday. Officials say 911-callers started to report 34-year old Emmanual Paye of Phoenix going the wrong-way near Anthem. He was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of I-17. Paye eventually caught himself going the wrong-way and turned around; Troopers caught him quickly and charged him with DUI. A second person was caught going the wrong-way in Chandler. No other details were available.
