Spokesman Dwight D’Evelyn says on December 31-st, after 3-pm, 31-year old Corey Bailey of Phoenix was out 4-wheeling with friends in a remote area near Castle Hot Springs and has not been seen after he went for a walk. He’s described as a white male, brown hair, 6-0, and 165-pounds. He was last seen wearing a burgundy colored shirt and dark colored baggy pants.
