Flagstaff has named Jeanie Gallagher as the new Human Resources Director. Gallagher will join the city next Monday. Gallagher has held senior level human resource and operations positions for small, large and global organizations. She will be responsible for all aspects of human resource services with emphasis on leader and staff development and successfully translating the city’s strategic initiatives into effective people strategies.
