Prescott Valley Police issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 4,000-block of North Sheridan Lane. In November, 1995, in Wisconsin, 46-year old Ryan Johnson was convicted of second degree sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 2-years of probation. The victim was a 15-year old female known to him. Johnson is a level 2 offender or intermediate risk to the community.
