An anonymous tip led to the arrest of wanted fugitive Dylon Horne Thursday afternoon. Yavapai Silent Witness Director Chris Wilson says detectives with Yavapai County’s Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking (PANT) were able to locate wanted kidnapping suspect Dylon Horne. Horne was a passenger in a vehicle in the Sunset Point Rest Area off Interstate 17. Horne was taken into custody without incident. He says the 23-year old Camp Verde man was booked into jail on warrants out of Yavapai County and Colorado as well as new charges related to a vehicle theft and crash that occurred in Rimrock last Friday night.
