Reward increased for information that leads to the arrest of Dylan Horne of Camp Verde

Yavapai Silent Witness Director Chris Wilson says the reward for information that leads to the arrest of Dylan Horne has been increased to $1,000. Horne stole a vehicle in the 4300 block of East Shade Road in Rimrock around 9:30-pm on December 13-th. Horne fled the area at a high rate of speed with the victim’s two small children still in the vehicle. While fleeing in the area of Bice Road, Horne struck another vehicle. He then abandoned the vehicle and fled with the victim’s cellphone and credit card. He’s described as a 23-year old white male, 5-10, 167-pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has multiple tattoos to include some facial tattoos. His last known address was on Dinky Creek Drive in Camp Verde. If you have any information on his whereabouts, call Yavapai Silent Witness.
