The National Weather Service says we’ll see a break again in our chance of showers and thunderstorms, but the winds will be on the increase. Today expect southwest wind gusts again up to 30-mph. Stronger gusts of up to 45-mph are in the forecast for Thursday with 30-mph gusts expected again on Friday. There’s a slight chance of thunderstorms near the New Mexico/Arizona line Thursday afternoon. Dry conditions and near normal temperatures are forecast Friday and through the weekend with a chance of showers and thunderstorms returning on Monday and Tuesday.
