A Chandler man was killed in a single vehicle crash on I-17 near Black Canyon City Monday morning. DPS says at 11:30 the vehicle 43-year old Valentino Dominguez-Fuentes was in, rolled, and he was partially ejected with the truck landing on him. Officials say the driver entered the median of the northbound lanes, over-corrected, side-swiped a commercial vehicle and then rolled. Dominguez-Fuentes was not wearing seatbelt. The driver and two other passengers suffered minor injuries.
