ADOT says northern Arizona drivers should allow extra travel time and plan for daytime lane and ramp restrictions on I-17 and I-40 where the two freeways meet in Flagstaff. Painting and paving work will be taking place Tuesday through Friday from 5-am to 6-pm each day. Ramps heading eastbound and westbound will be closed and detours will be in place. The painting and paving is the final step in replacing 4-bridge decks.
