Flagstaff named Shannon Anderson as the new Deputy City Manager. Anderson participated in an open and competitive recruitment that attracted over 50-candidates. She’s worked with the city since 2006. She started as a Human Resources Manager and was named the Director of Human Resources in 2008. Anderson will assume the position on July 1s-t, taking the place of Interim Deputy City Manager, Kevin Treadway who will return to his position as the Chief of Police as originally planned.
