YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 2700 block of West Road-4 North in Chino Valley. In 2013 in Yavapai County, 22-year old Clifton Hooker was convicted of 2-counts of sexual conduct with a minor. The victim was a 15-year old female known to him. Hooker was placed on supervised probation for 10-years. In February, 2016, the now 25-year old was convicted of failure to comply with sex offender registration and was sentenced to 2-years in prison. He is a level-3 offender or high risk to the community.
