Good news for anyone dealing with the pavement preservation project on Highway-179 between Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. ADOT spokesman Ryan Harding says crews are on schedule and if all goes well, the work should be finished on Friday as planned. This of course is dependent on the weather. Long delays should continue to be expected on Highway-179 between the Red Rock Ranger Station near the Village of Oak Creek and Chapel Road in Sedona.
