YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 3700 block of East Sabino Trail in the Verde Villages. Officials say 57-year old Jerry Fikes has a history of predatory sex crimes, has been convicted of a dangerous crime, or is diagnosed as a serial predator. The victim was an 11-year old boy known to Fikes. He’s a level-3 offender or high risk to the community.
