Officials released the name of the second person killed in a helicopter crash on the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation Tuesday morning. The second victim was Van Horn Aviation engineer Stephen Estes. The pilot, Rucie Moore, was a professor at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott. Officials say the helicopter took off in Mesa and crashed a short time later. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the cause of the crash.
