The Flagstaff Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking the community’s help in identifying a felony theft suspect. Friday, a male suspect entered Target and used a pair of scissors to remove head phones from a lock case. The suspect then left the store and returned approximately 2 hours later, after changing clothes, and did the same thing. The subject is believed to be 18-21 years of age and was seen riding a bike up to Target. Pictures of him are posted on our news page at myradioplace.com.
