A recent traffic stop near Winslow resulted in a Texas man being jailed on felony drug charges. Officials say 25-year old Aaron Rivera was found to be in possession of 19-pounds of marijuana and 100-THC Vape Cartridges. He was jailed on charges of possession of marijuana and narcotics for sale as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
