Just after 3 pm this afternoon, traffic on I-17 Southbound was snarled by a single vehicle accident. DPS Spokesman Bart Graves says the non-injury collision occurred near Rock Springs when a vehicle struck the guardrail and ended up blocking the right hand lane. The collision created a significant traffic backup.
