The City of Prescott Solid Waste Division will offer residents the opportunity to safely dispose of unwanted household hazardous waste with home collections, during this first three weeks of March. Registration has been extended to Friday due the last month’s snow storm. Materials accepted include unwanted paint, pesticides, cleaners, old mercury thermometers and batteries. Residents can sign up online for the service through March 8th. Registration will be on a first-come, first-service basis. Collections will run to through the 22nd.
